CITY TAX
The tax is applied to the overnight stays of tourists for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
The tax rate for this facility is 0.60 Euro per person per night.
Exemptions are provided for children up to the age of 14 years of age.
Therefore, in the final balance to be paid to the structure, it will be shown, in addition to the final cost of staying, the Tourist Tax, as approved by the Municipality of Passignano.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Reservations are accepted with a an advance deposit of € 150,00 – for minimum stayof 7 nights.

1. Upon receipt of this sum we will consider the reservation to be secured and will issue confirmation of the same.
2. If the reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to the day of arrival, 75% of the deposit paid shall be refundable. 25% of the deposit will be retained as cancellation charge.
3. No refund will be made in the case of reservations cancelled in the 29 days prior to the start of the reserved period of stay or in the case of non-arrival (no-show).
4. So as to avoid any misunderstandings, we would ask you kindly to note that periods of stay start and end as follows:
– the space will be available from 12.00 midday.
– you are required to leave by 12.00 midday.
5. We reserve the right to consider a reservation canceled in the case of non-appearance within one day of the start of the reserved period of stay.
6. For early departures guests are required to pay the whole amount of the reservation period.
7. The rest of the stay must be paid upon arrival or maximum the day after.

SAFARI TREND LODGE: for max. 5 people – 27 sqm. – living room + kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with wc, shower and sink, TV-SAT, fridge, microwave oven, equipped kitchen, table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. Parking space.
The price includes electricity, hot water and bed linen with weekly change.
In low season minimum stay of 3 nights.
In high season minimum stay of 7 nights.
